Scrapbooking with a broken arm

I decided to write this blog post in English in honour of my English speaking readers.

Scrapbooking with only one arm is extremely difficult. I never knew how dependent I am upon my right arm until I was restricted from using it. However, I am determined not to give up and I have challenged myself to discover methods that are possible to use. Like using my sewing machine and various punches.

My accident happened on friday in the skiing slopes on the yearly skiing event with my work. What used to be the highlight of the year turned out really bad. Ironically, it was the helmet on my head that caused my arm to break. Well, the result without helmet could be much worse of course. I had to spend the night in hospital in case of a surgery, but the doctors decided to evaluate the fracture in 10 days and then maybe do the surgery.

Well, here I am, feeling sorry for myself and performing a little scrapping "therapy". It really helps! I decided to make another patchwork layout for my other daughter with the same theme. It is very important that I make exactly the same amount of layouts with both of them. Otherwise I am in big trouble...

This is the result so far:
